Evan is a lifelong entrepreneur. In high school, Evan was the owner of AJ Lawn Care, a lawn care and landscape business in the North Dallas area that he grew to do well over half a million dollars of revenue before graduating high school in 2020. Evan successfully sold and exited the company in late 2021 and enrolled at Texas Tech University. Evan founded Ballard Property Group in early 2022 to pursue his passion for real estate. Evan is enrolled at the TTU Rawls College of Business studying Finance with a real estate concentration.
