What our guests are saying

Our new favorite house in Lubbock. We stay in Lubbock 3-5 times a year. This is now our new favorite place. Clean, private and great location.

We felt like we were staying in an oversized suite at a 5 star resort, but without the hassle of tourists and the noise of surrounding rooms.

The backyard is a rare find: a small basketball court, a putting green...and six chairs around a fire pit that made for a fun evening spot to unwind.

Good to know

We are located on the only 1920s brick street in the historic Tech Terrace neighborhood. Built-in the 1930s, this house has been home to hundreds of Red Raiders before falling into disrepair in 2021. While undergoing an extensive remodel, we worked hard to preserve the character and charm of the original home while crafting a stunningly modern, but traditional interior.

Red Raider Retreat sleeps 6 people with 2 bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.We are just steps from Texas Tech University and a short walk to Jones AT&T Stadium, United Supermarkets Arena, J&B Coffee, a grocery store, and Cafe J.

In the backyard, we have a wood-burning fire pit, a putting green, and a half-basketball court. Perfect for making memories with family and friends as well as enjoying the cool nights during football season. Basketballs, putters, and golf balls are provided but you will need to provide your own fuel for the fire.We are located in a convenient location for everything.

We are near the intersection of 19th and University, making it easy to access everything available in Lubbock. The house is equipped with a front door camera and a camera for the backyard for added security.
